What shipping methods are available?
We offer Standard Shipping (5–10 business days) and Express Shipping (2–4 business days). All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $100.
How long will it take to get my package?
Standard orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after processing. Express orders arrive within 2–4 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide! International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days depending on your location and local customs processing. Please note that any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely through our encrypted Shopify checkout.
Is buying online safe?
Absolutely. Our store is powered by Shopify, one of the world's most trusted e-commerce platforms. All transactions are SSL-encrypted and we never store your payment details. Shopping with Regal Afrique is completely safe and secure.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- Items are unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition with all packaging included.
- The return request is initiated within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return and we'll guide you through the process.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number on the courier's website to follow your package in real time. If you haven't received tracking info within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.
