Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates
Free U.S. shipping is available on orders over $100.
Free international shipping is available on orders over $300.
For orders below these thresholds, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier rates.

Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Estimated delivery timelines will be shown at checkout where available.

International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other local fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at sales@regalafrique.com.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Regal Afrique is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, severe weather, or other events beyond our control.
